Dn Designs offers a variety of decorative, retail and promotional services. We do in house art and digitizing, we can help you choose the right garments for your logo and we do most of our production right here in Port Sydney. Even if you come in with a vague idea of what you want and what you want it on, we're with you every step of the way to creating a finished product you'll be proud to wear. Embroidery
We can embroider many items here at Dn Designs. From hats, shirts, jackets and robes to towels, bags, and blankets. If we can fit it onto our machines, we can embroider it for you. We work with a number of reputable suppliers who can get us a wide variety of items from budget basics to high end and brand name apparel. Digitizing
If your design isn't embroidery ready, we do digitizing in-house for you. Having our digitizer working directly for us allows you more control over the final product and leaves room for changes to be made as we work. Just e-mail or bring along a clear image for us to work from. PDFs and high quality Jpegs work best!
Patches and Twill
Do you need patches for your club, team or organization? We do embroidered or heat transfer patches in-house. Alternatively, embroidered or sublimated patches can be brought in from one of our specialty providers. Twill letters and name bars for team uniforms available as well. Give us a call to learn more!
Silk Screening
For multiples of 12 or more, silk screening is a professional looking decoration option for large or small designs. An especially popular option for T-shirts, silk screen can obtain small details that embroidery sometimes has trouble with. Multi-coloured images are possible and specialty pigments are available.
Heat Seal
Heat sealed garment decoration is a good option for team names or numbers and large sized, small run designs. It's a practical alternative to embroidery when you want a large design without the stiffness or cost of all those stitches. Heat seal designs are available in a variety of colours including several specialty types such as metallic, glitter, reflective and flock. Printed transfer type heat seal is available as well for multi-coloured or photo image designs.
